Product Description

The unit is designed and manufactured according to the following standard: Q/DSSY 1-2019.
Working pressure: 35MPa (5000PSI) .

The unit includes the following parts:

One (1) effective volume 100L oil reservoir, complete with 4cleaning port, air filter, oil releasing port and sight glass gauge.
One (1) liquid/air 60:1 pneumatic pumps, 1" inlet and 1/2" outlet, max working pressure 42MPa(6090psi), pump flow rate 90mL/stoke. Flowrate is 16L/min at 21MPa(3000psi).
Two (2) NPT 1/2" high pressure stop valve, working pressure 42MPa (6000psi), one is used to release the system pressure and the other to retain pressure.
One (1) OD100 pressure gauge with range of 0~40MPa(0~5800PSI).
One (1) 1/2air source manifold, complete with stop valve, regulator, air filter and atomizer and two (2) OD60 pressure gauge to display:

Air source pressure with range of 0~1.6MPa (0~232PSI);
Air pressure for the pump group with range of 0~1.6MPa (0~232PSI);

One (1) chart recorder(0~35MPa), the technical parameters are as follows:
One (1) relief valve, working pressure is 35MPa.
All other necessary, check valves, bleed valves,fittings and connections for the proper operation of the unit.
One (1) ø13×15m air source hose.
One (1) ø10×15m/ 35MPa high pressure testing pipe.
One (1) 1×15m water suck-in hose.
One (1) 50m power supply cable for chart recorder.
One (1) set spare parts.
One (1) set sealing.
One (1) set tools.
Two (2) sets of document in Chinese and English.
